　　丹尼少年，英文DannyBoy，是一首爱尔兰民谣。照爱尔兰民歌的原始意味，这首歌是写父子之情，DannyBoy最后寻找到的，是父子之爱。

　　这个版本的中文歌词也很感人也更加富有诗意。歌中写情人在生死线外，幽冥永隔，死者不已，生者含悲，缠绵凄凉，令人难忘……

　　由于歌曲曲调悠扬、凄美，传唱度广，已有许多的歌手都对此歌曲进行过翻唱，如：JohnnyCash、少女时代、HayleyWestenra、藤田惠美、小野丽莎等。但其中最为经典的是来自爱尔兰本土的DeclanGalbraith演唱的版本。演唱时他只有10岁，干净悠扬的童声以及熟练的演唱技巧令人感到震撼与难以忘怀，十分打动人。
